"The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through...love."

i tend to profile people... but mostly only those i just met. it's interesting to know how they think... sometimes it gives a glimpse of what they went through perhaps as a child or early teen. sometimes it tells you whether you can trust them or not... whether they'd be someone you can relate to, how they would open up, how they would love. how they would relate to others, how they would relate to God. it's amazing how God knows the ways to our complicated hearts. but to be truthful, after seeing many different types of people, most humans are not as complicated as people think they are. (but even more do not even ponder whether others are complicated or not) however there are some exceptions. but it's really rare.. let's say about 1 in every 20 people? and after all that, i realised the only lasting way to make people open up their hearts is to love them with God's love. you will never fail if you love people with God's love because love never fails. my prayer is that dearest God, your love will flow through me as i remain in you.. "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.... love your neighbours as yourself." matt 22:37 God's word never gets old.
